practice has traded as J A McNicholl & Company
Limited.

The practice is proactive in the development of new and existing
businesses. Tony McNicholl ACMA is an Authorised Business Consultant
for Invest NI. Business Plans are published to provide Banks, and other
investors with a comprehensive report on your business and the plans
and aspirations which you have for the business. All programmes are
supported by cash forecasts, profit projections and predictions of
wealth creation over the budget period, usually a 3-year plan.
DELIVERING ON TIME
Meeting deadlines is another client-driven aspect of the practice. The commencing
and delivery date will be agreed with you, the customer prior to commencement
of any project whether the assignment relates to the preparation of a business
plan or a payroll.
